GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION

  • Applications for admission in Rawalpindi Women University Undergraduate/Graduate programs are to be submitted online before the due date 26-08-2024 on University’s website www.rwu.edu.pk.
  • Admission Processing Fee is to be submitted before the due date on the provided bank account numbers. Payable at any branch of Bank of Punjab A/C No. 6510202804100015 (Online fee can also be submitted).
  • On submission of a scanned copy of the paid fee slip and other required documents on RWU website admission portal, the candidate will receive the notification of ”submitted.”
  • Kindly note that candidates need to submit two separate online application forms with two different emails I.Ds applying for both categories i:e (open merit or self-finance seats).
  • The first merit list of applicants will be shared on the University Website after the due date. In case any candidate doesn’t find her name on the list, the candidate will wait for the second merit list and subsequently, all waiting for merit lists. In case of any query or complaint, the students may contact the grievance committee through email at agc2024@rwu.edu.pk.
  • The selected candidates shall visit the university and contact their concerned admission committee with their original documents and certificates. Students must bring one set of attested photocopies of all required documents with them. After verifications of the documents the students will be issued their admission fee challan. The students have to pay the fee before the deadline in any case and will submit paid fee challans deposit slips (Treasurer and Department copy) to the admission department of the university.
  • The students will considered eligible for the admission in their concerned departments only when the fee challan deposit slip is received by the university designated admission committee. Otherwise, the admission will be considered canceled before the display of 2nd merit list.
  • Admission fee can be submitted within the due dates at allocated branches of BOP by the university.
  • The detailed Admission Procedure, Admission Policy, Degree Programs offered, Information regarding reserved seats other related instructions are available on university’s website.
  • For detailed information related to degree programs, the students must visit university’s website.
  • All candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before filling the forms.

Note: Limited seats are available for the hostel which will follow the rule of ”First come first serve basis.”

The candidate shall be responsible for any mistake, incomplete documents, or wrong submissions of information or in case of cancellation of admission due to these reasons.

Guardians (Father or Mother) are allowed to accompany their daughters to university gate however, only the candidate shall be allowed to enter the university premises.
